The House of European History programme includes an annual temporary exhibition on the ground and first floor, which expands the themes and periods from the permanent exhibition, using a transnational and interdisciplinary approach. The temporary exhibitions are produced in English, French, Dutch and German, with accompanying text provided in the galleries. An associated catalogue has been published for each temporary exhibition, available for purchase from the museum shop.
